By creating your Homeowner's account with Spectrum, you can pay your POA dues online, and access Sierra West financial statements, POA meeting minutes, and see your assessment account status:

Financial statements

Once logged in to Spectrum, select "Documents" under the COMMUNITY INFO tab:

Then select "Homeowner Financial Reports" in the CATEGORY menu:

Meeting Minutes

Once logged in to Spectrum, select "Documents" under the COMMUNITY INFO tab:

Then select "Meeting Minutes" in the CATEGORY menu:

Account Status

Once logged in to Spectrum, on the home screen, select "Account Information" under the FOR HOMEOWNERS tab:

If not on the home screen, click the ACCOUNT INFORMATION sidebar link:
